Is there a minimum fee you will be charged by the venue, no matter what? Some places have a facility charge that does not change no matter the amount of people you have. For instance a place set for 75 people may have a fee in which you are still charged the same even if you have 20 people. You do not want the additional costs or to lose wedding money because of these minimum fees.

If using an onsite caterer see if your preferred suppliers are able to work the wedding or if you must choose the venue’s list of people.
